Forty Two Tattoo, based in the City Centre of Sheffield; twenty minutes walk from Sheffield Train Station. Located at Stag Works, John Street, very near to Bramall Lane football stadium.

As a group we can accommodate all tattoo requests.

Mattylaboosh

Matt has been tattooing for over 10 years, he specialises in neo-traditional, neo-realism, black & grey & full colour pieces. He is a multi-award winning artist taking home awards from Liverpool, Bradford & Blackpool tattoo conventions in best of day, best of show & best of colour categories. Matt is keen to push a greener approach to tattooing and tries to limit his use of single use plastics and waste in his setup.

Jen (Field_ink)

Jen’s work spans a range of styles, with a particular focus on abstract and geometric designs in both blackwork and colour. She draws inspiration from a wide range of themes including the natural world, architecture and the built environment, folklore, vintage illustration, typography, and graphic design. Jen specialises in creating bespoke large-scale pieces but enjoys custom projects of any size, particularly things that are a little out of the ordinary. An advocate for safe, inclusive, and body-positive tattooing practices, she is dedicated to fostering a welcoming studio environment that celebrates individuality and self-expression.

Mark (Runfastescape)

Mark enjoys tattooing geometric pieces, large or small, incorporating a combination of light and heavy black work. He relishes the challenge of working designs around the wearer, tailoring it to the individual.

Mark has never won an award for tattooing but did once get an honourable mention from television chef Phil Vickery during SPAM's Cook Of The Year Competition in 2010

Annaxinks

Anna has been tattooing for over 3 years. She loves to tattoo black work, stipple tattoos, and ornamental tattoos whether it be big or small. She likes to merge styles together by putting her own take on it, keeping it quite dark and gothic most occasions which she loves to do. Many of her inspirations are fantasy films, horror, gothic architecture and nature.

Maddie Doherty

Maddie has been tattooing for over 3 years and enjoys tattooing several styles such as colourful and bold Neo traditional tattoos and stippled black work tattoos, her designs mainly consist of lots of fun animals and flowing floral pieces.

Laura B

Laura has been tattooing for 9 years. She enjoys to work in black and grey, favouring quirky, whimsical designs, botanicals, animals (especially if they're dressed as humans) and realism. Friendly and approachable, she's open to all ideas.
